    Print costs depend on page count, dimensions, paper quality and where the book is being shipped. When you upload the PDF, you will get an estimate of the cost based on the options you select.     Because we print locally in major markets, customs duties rarely apply. In the rare instance where a customs duty or tax is involved, it will be displayed to the buyer at the time of purchase.
